— The First Amendment to the United States Constitution Where does it say in that amendment that freedom of speech is restricted to “people”? Speech should be free regardless of the entity it comes from. The recent arguments over if corporations are people or not (I think they are probably not) are moot. It doesn’t matter, in my view.
