NYTimes: Obama Chooses Biden as Running Mate →
As good a choice as any, but my main interest is that Obama finally chose somebody and we are one step closer to ending the election year madness. The whole ordeal of a Presidential Election makes me sick to my stomach it is so disgusting, bringing out the worst in society.

Glenn Beck: Still looking for a candidate I can... →
I don’t particularly like Glenn Beck, but he hits the nail on the head on how I’ve felt about politics for … well, seems like my whole life. “But with more information, and more candidates than ever before, I find myself in some ways less interested. With no clear answer for what’s best for the country, part of me has a strong desire to just withdraw from it all....

Frank: “I’ve been trying to reconcile the App Store with my beliefs on “how things should be” ever since the SDK was announced. After all this time, I still can’t make it all line up. A body of such a creature is exactly what scientists need to accept the existence of a “big foot” like animal. And that’s exactly what these guys say they found. That said, begin rant here. For the record, “science” never said that bigfoot did not exist. “Science” says that there is no hard evidence that one exists, and that the likelihood of one...

Review of the BlackBerry Bold in APC  →
The thing that delights me the most is the screen density: 240ppi. That must be just stunning. The iPhone’s screen is only 165ppi, which is fantastic in itself. However, 240ppi is getting up near the 300ppi sweet spot. It’s a shame they didn’t make better use of that super high resolution and created a nicer-looking, more consistent OS design.
